Redesign the Union Bank Mobile app's cumbersome navigation for a few common actions that are used frequently and can be brought out to the main screen of the mobile app.
Designed and developed affinity diagram, hierarchal task inventory, developed persona, storyboard, low fidelity wireframes and interactive prototype. By redesigning the account summary screen we cut down on the number of taps that are needed. As well as made the app more efficient to use.
